This notice explains how Mahatma Gandhi Charitable Society (“the Society”, “we”) handles the personal information you give us when you register for employment on this website.

What we collect

• Your name, date of birth, gender, mobile number and (optionally) email address.
• Your address, district and PIN code.
• Your job preference, expected salary, driving licence, education, skills and work experience.
• Names and mobile numbers of any references you choose to give.
• The documents you upload: your resume / CV and, where provided, a copy of your Aadhaar card.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to:

• assess your suitability for employment assignments; and
• contact you about relevant job opportunities.

We will ask you before sharing your details with a prospective employer. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Your Aadhaar copy

Aadhaar is sensitive personal information. A masked Aadhaar (showing only the last four digits) is accepted. It is used only to verify your identity for employment purposes and is never sent as an ordinary email attachment.

Who can see your information

Your application is stored in the Society’s own Google account (Google Sheets and Google Drive). Only authorised staff of the Society can access your application and documents. Uploaded files are kept in a private folder that is not publicly accessible.

To protect the form from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is submitting the form.

How long we keep it

We keep your application for two (2) years from the date you submit it, so we can consider you for openings during that time. After that it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. Please quote your registration reference number if you have it.
